On April 26, Chairman Mr. Kim Chang Keon visited the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government and visited Governor Mr. Kim Tae Heum.
The visit served as an opportunity to prepare and discuss key issues in advance of the official visit of the Chungcheongnam-do Province Delegation to the Republic of Uzbekistan from May 5-7.
The official delegation of the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government, headed by Governor Mr. Kim Tae Heum, will be accompanied by about 20 key officials of Chungcheongnam-do Province, and about 50 people from major universities in Chungcheongnam-do Province, including Sun Moon University (President Mr. Moon Sung-jae) and Suncheonhyang University (President Mr. Kim Seung-woo), as well as media organizations. During the visit, Chungcheongnam-do Province and Fergana Region will sign an agreement to establish a city of friendship and cooperation. The delegation will also meet with ministers to discuss various issues and make agreements related to economic and educational cooperation.
Chairman Mr. Kim Chang Keon will play a pivotal role and support the visit, by serving a role as a bridge between the two regions in various areas of cooperation.
